After two races in Copa Del Rey, Jason Carroll aboard Argo with tactician Cameron Appleton has a firm lead in Palma. In second overall is reigning World Champion Luca Lalli and tactician Lorenzo Bressani on B-Lin Sailing. Great Britain’s Oscar Strugstad aboard Dawn Raid with Andy Beadsworth on tactics is currently ranked third overall.

The breeze failed to stabilise to the RC’s satisfaction. The fleet are coming ashore.

Now with an unbeatable score Argo ar confirmed as winners of the regatta and have hauled out. Congratulations to Jason Carrol and his team!

Fleet have put down their coffees and are heading for the racecourse. Breeze looks very light and unstable.

More updates when we get to the start area…

Correction: Having brought the fleet ashore to await the southerly Ora breeze, the RC have now headed out on the lake with a view to starting another race. Apologies for calling the regatta too early in a previous post. We will let you know if/when racing gets underway.
